I first contacted James to lose weight, we had an in-depth 1-1 nutritional consultation where he explained everything fully and also asked me lots of details about my diet and different foods that I like so he could tailor a plan to suit me. I then went on to have 1-1 pt sessions once a week with James and he helped to keep me on track whilst also teaching me what I needed to know about training.
