I would highly recommend James if you are looking for PT sessions or nutrition advice. He is very professional and knows his stuff! No matter what your goals big or small, you can achieve them with Phase nutrition. I am a professional dancer and James helped me with PT sessions that targeted the areas I wanted to improve and he also set out a gym plan for me to use when doing my sessions at the gym when away performing. Nutrition-wise I had a consultation in which he considered the foods I like to eat and set them out in a weekly balanced food plan. He also provided me with additional information on things such as high-protein snacks and supplements etc. My sessions with James have helped me to enjoy my gym sessions as I previously didn’t know where to start or whether I was doing things right.
